Contact Us – Please email us for all questions about products and orders at corelyfecares@gmail.com.  All emails will be responded to within 48-72 hours.  Please note, we will not be able to answer DM’s, comments, etc on social media.

 

*Online Orders – Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing. Orders must be placed by 3pm or the order will be counted for the next business day processing. (processing times does not include shipping timeframe)  Orders placed on Friday after 3pm will be processed on Tuesday. We do not process orders on Monday! 

*For all of our sea moss gels and elderberry syrup, we process them fresh, even when shipping! (We do not add any preservatives to our products. We aim to provide the freshest product available) This process takes an additional 24-48 hours, that does not include the 2-3 days for order processing.  Order processing for these particular products range from 2-5 business days.*

**Orders placed during our Holiday Sale of November 21, 2023 - November 28, 2023 will not start processing until November 30, 2023.**

 

Local Delivery - Orders placed by 2pm qualify for same day delivery. (depending on product availability) Orders placed after 2pm will be delivered the next business day. Please email corelyfecares@gmail.com with any special instructions for delivery.
