Contact Us – Please email us for all questions about products and orders at  All emails will be responded to within 48 hours.  Please note, we will not be able to answer DM’s, comments, etc on social media.



Online Orders – Please allow up 2-3 days for order processing. Orders must be placed by 3pm or the order will be counted for the following business day. (processing times does not include shipping timeframe)  Orders placed after Friday at 3pm will be processed on Tuesday.   



*Pick Up Orders - Buy Online, Pick Up In Store Orders have a holding timeframe of 5 business days.  All orders must be picked up within that timeframe at our storefront location (Tyler Station) 1300 S Polk St, Suite 291 Dallas, TX 75224.  Pick Up times are available any time our storefront is open after you've received your pick up order notification.  Our business hours are Sun - Tues. CLOSEDWed. - Fri. 10am - 7pm,  Sat. 3:30pm-6:30pm.  Orders not picked up within the 5 business day holding period, will be refunded to the original source of payment on the 6th business day.
