Contact Us – Please email us for all questions about products and orders at info@corelyfenaturals.com. All emails will be responded to within 48-72 hours. Please note, we will not be able to answer DM’s, comments, etc on social media.
*Online Orders – Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing. Orders must be placed by 3pm or the order will be counted for the next business day processing. (processing times does not include shipping timeframe) Orders placed on Friday after 3pm will be processed on Tuesday. We do not process orders on Monday!
*For all of our sea moss gels and elderberry syrup, we process them fresh, even when shipping! (We do not add any preservatives to our products. We aim to provide the freshest product available) This process takes an additional 24-48 hours, that does not include the 2-3 days for order processing. Order processing for these particular products range from 2-5 business days.*
Local Delivery - Orders placed by 2pm qualify for same day delivery. (depending on product availability) Orders placed after 2pm will be delivered the next business day. Please email info@corelyfenaturals.com with any special instructions for delivery.

*Pick Up Orders - Buy Online, Pick Up In Store Orders have a holding timeframe of 5 business days. All orders must be picked up within that timeframe at our storefront location (Tyler Station) 1300 S Polk St, Suite 291 Dallas, TX 75224. Pick Up times are available any time our storefront is open after you've received your pick up order notification. Our business hours vary. Please check our Google Business Page for our most up-to-date business hours. *Please not our hours will change, be adjusted, or even reflect closed as we attend events, pop-ups, workshops, host seminars, etc. Orders not picked up within the 5 business day holding period, will be refunded to the original source of payment on the 6th business day. *There is an additional holding day, the 6th business day, to allow us, CoreLyfe Naturals, time to contact the customer for an extension. If an extension cannot be accommodated, or we cannot get in contact with the customer, CoreLyfe Naturals reserves the right to cancel and refund the customer’s order on the 7th business day.
**Local Pick-Up is also available at our Artisans Market Location on Saturday. Want this as an option? After you select local pick up send us an email to info@corelyfenaturals.com [be sure to include your order number] and request a pick up at the following locations.** Please follow our social media accounts to be informed on when we will be in attendance at these markets. Local Pick-Up will not apply if we are not scheduled for attendance at these markets.**
