Ingredients: 1-2 teaspoons of cut & sifted bladderwrack: 1 cup Boiling Water
Directions: Place herb in a tea infuser or tea pot. Pour boiling water over the herb to infuse. Let steep for 10-15 min. Strain and drink. Add agave, honey or whatever you prefer to taste.
